Suffolk County police reported the following arrests. Three Village John Maggio, 20, of Stony Brook, was arrested May 8 in Setauket and charged with second-degree burglary.

Rocky Point Gilberto Martir, 52, of Rocky Point, was arrested May 7 in Rocky Point and charged with petty larceny.
