Marion Mayor Rodney Berry said he is thinking of running for the District 30 seat, challenging Democrat Sen.

More than 5,000 students in the Marion, Mullins and Centenary communities will arrive at their prospective schools on Monday Aug.

There are some changes ahead for the Marion County public school system. The Marion County Board of Education decision's to consolidate administrative services of Marion School Districts 1, 2 and 7 will be implemented for the upcoming 2011-12 school year.

She drives her sporty Volvo through the streets of Sun City on her way to luncheons, dinners, dance classes, exercise routines, the book exchange, stained glass classes, tennis matches and oft times to a rendezvous with her boyfriend and dancing partner, Fred Zoda.
