Small town fading fast Published on -4/10/2011, 5:58 PM By MIKE CORN mcorn@dailynews.net CEDAR -- Nowhere in northwest Kansas was the news coming out of the 2010 census as bad as it was in Cedar, a small, well-kept Smith County community.
