Soni and Treion Muller of Farmington have created the pocket-sized book "Mom Rules," because they believe even superheroes need help sometimes.

A house was engulfed in flames Tuesday night in the Utah County town of Cedar Fort, causing some of the structure to collapse and causing smoke inhalation injuries to two people.

Often women put off their career for motherhood, or the other way around. This compilation of essays in "Choosing Motherhood" shows that women have a choice, and that they can choose motherhood.
