Stepson arrested for allegedly killing father

A dispute has led to a fatal shooting involving a son and his stepfather. Tucson police arrived at a residence Sunday in the 9600 block of East 31st Street and found 76-year-old Kenneth Phipps suffering from a gunshot wound.
