BOICEVILLE - Officials in a town in New York's Catskill Mountains are frowning on the party favors given to students at a recent high school prom - shot glasses.

Shot glass is a nice gift. There's a pretty good chance that they've heard of alcohol before. Works fine for water and those healthful fruit juices as well
