Chamber president recaps Bluegrass & Chili Fest

In an economy still feeling the effects of a recession, breaking even is the next best thing to not losing money, and that's just how the Bluegrass and Chili Festival fared, Claremore Chamber of Commerce President Dell Davis told members of the Claremore City Council.
