$30,000 taken from home in burglary

30k in cash?? He can get it back from his next few florida runs

What was he doing with thirty large @ his house,is what the cop's should be checking out! Drug dealer's carry or have that kind of money just laying around the house!

I think it was a doctor..cannot remember his name. Was it Doc Dietch? Not everyone is a drug runner..at least not this area of people.

Anyone that keeps 30K in cash at home deserves to be robbed. idiot!!!

We keep that much but we got big ass guns and some little 'ol cameras!!! If you can't shoot em film em!!

You people make me sick at times! There are people out there that simply do not trust a bank for what ever reason! So, to imply there druggies is a bit shaddow minded and insensitive to the ones who has the loss. I do not know and you don't ither the facts on the matter! So why not just shut up and perhaps keep your eyes and hears open until you do!

i agree hawk you cant trust bank nor people not everyone is a bad person cause they leave there money at home where they fill safe where the drugs come in here is the person or persons who got this money prob was druggies and need a fix so said for the owners of the 30.000 dollars:( hopeful they find the ones that got them or the insurances may help

I just can't believe someone would keep that cash in their home. Don't deserve to be robbed, but how stupid.

I don't know that it has anything to do with drugs, or if it was a doctor.. But I think it's beyond stupid to have that much money on hand at any given time. I don't know why someone wouldn't trust a bank, but maybe they should have, they would have a greater chance of having their 30K still in their posession (sort of).:)
Whoever it is, I'm sure is suffering a great loss right now, so maybe next time, if they ever get their money back, or if they ever have that large sum of money again, they'll be a little smarter in how they handle it next time. Don't you think?
That's just insane to think that any one person would have that much money just lying around their home in Ashland. Knowing the things that are happening in this area. You can't trust ANYONE anymore.

Spend a couple thousand on a good safe at least.

and build it into the wall and bolt it to the floor. If you have 30 grand laying around, take 1600. and buy a good safe.
