Pineville license office to reopen Thursday under new agent

Anyone have any word on if the office has reopened? Gonna be a real pain going clear to Neosho to renew tags. I heard (but we all know the rumor mill around here) that they were having difficulty finding anyone to take it over because the state had so many regs and taxes that nobody could make a living running it.
