Fire investigators from the Troy Fire Department are searching for a cause into a fire late Thursday night that destroyed a rural home at 5725 Stringtown Road, north of Troy in Miami County.

Three Dayton-area counties will collect $300,000 each toward improving distressed communities, Ohio officials announced Monday.
