Gardena gets tougher on sex offenders

I think they should get tough on the ones that mess up time after time..they dont just get it....go after those....ya people do mess up and commit crimes but some people learn from there mistake...they are people who want to forget the past and move on in the future and we are not giving them a chance...i bet someone in the community have done something really bad but never got caught or even people in the council but never got caught..u might run from people but from God you cannot run......

It's so sad the police department doesn't know much about residency restrictions. If they knew anything at all, they'd be letting the public know that victim advocacy groups are AGAINST residency restrictions. The Coalition Against Sexual Assault, the National Alliance to End Sexual Violence, and the Jacob Wetterling Foundation are among those who OPPOSE residency restrictions. Why? Because, as is obvious once logical thought is engaged, residency restrictions do nothing to prevent the victimization of another child, and in fact elevate their risk of being abused.

You are absolutely right. Unfortunately there is too many uninformed rednecks like Outraged. They can't see past their noses.

"Nameless" should be locked up with all these sex offenders! These people should have no rights and should have their organs removed with pliers! Lock 'em all up forever...no aqua lube for YOU!

Maybe the answer to the question of violent sex affenders is giving them a lobotomy as part of their parole as there is no cure for them. And please don't start on how hateful I am. I was the victim of a sex affender and when he was paroled he went on to get 3 more young girls. The only cure for these animals is death, and sometimes we have to wait decades for that to happen on it's own. In the mean time they inflick more harm and their victims get to live with it the rest of their lives.

Bottom line, I don't care about what supposedly happened to you years ago and I don't know that the three subsequent assaults occurred. You're just a bitter crackpot who enjoys hurting people who have served their sentences.

It has nothing to do with democrats or liberals? How rediculous. I think Gardena is smart to have stronger restrictions. Los Angeles should too. They should be sent out to the countryside to live with the cows, sheep and other farm animals.

The ONLY way for a child molester to pay back their debt to society is to put a bullet in their head...period.

Rehab. these dirt bags with a baseball bat, big end first with no lube! Better yet send them to a maximum security prison to serve their time. They'll have a tough time staying alive and weathering the anal tearing from Bubba, but i don't think any will make it out alive. Problem solved!

I read that too and thought the same thing. Someone should email that to the proper authorities. That post sort-of freaked me out. gross. And good for you for saying so!

Let's just throw out the constitution. Steal something, cut of an arm. Murder someone, eviscerate them and then kill them if they didn't die from the evisceration. serial offenders (those with more than one molestation account) should be viewed as if they had a contagious disease and be permanently housed in facilities for the criminally insane, for LIFE. the children are too precious to allow these monsters to be allowed to roam free in search of new victims. If you have molested more than one child, or if you have molested a single child more than once you should be locked away for life. If you have a single molestation conviction you should serve a minimum of ten years. Let's get serious!
