Godfrey woman missing for weeks found safe and sound in Las Vegas

A 60-year-old Godfrey woman missing since late November has been located in Las Vegas.
Madison County sheriff's detectives on Tuesday said they were informed Monday night that Las Vegas police had made contact with Deborah M. Davis, of 1212 Seiler Road.
Sheriff's Capt. Brad Wells said a Las Vegas officer stopped Davis for an unknown reason while she was driving her own vehicle, a 2003 Chevrolet Impala. Wells said Davis gave no indication that she was a victim of any foul play. The woman said she was in Las Vegas of her own free will, Wells said. Read more
