This is very sad,on top of an allready sad and depressing week.I am so shocked at all these events here in our area.My prayers are with all of you who have lost your loved ones during this extreme weather situation.

I feel so sorry about all these lost lives,They were looking for a body in Winston all weekend.This Ladies car was found in a creek,she had been missing since last Monday.Has anyone heard when the searching will resume.I really feel so sad about these twins who died, and also the little crawford boy who drowned near his home.we sure do need to remember all these families in our prayers.

Carla, you are not bad luck.We have been bleessed with lots of good things in this area.This is the largest flooding we have had here in my lifetime.Hopefully it will be a long time before we see anything like this again.

No one is bad luck Carla. The bad things that have happened in the last 10 months are unrelated with your move to the area. I welcome you. As far as helping rest assured you are helping by offering your prayers. Without delving too deep into religion I remember this verse being quoted by Rev. P. C. I have no use for Jimmy Carter. He was useless as a governor and more useless as a president in my view. I have no issue with those who do like him. His work with Habitat For Humanity draws no issue from me. Otherwise I again would love to see him go back to Plains, Georgia, sit on the porch and STFU.
