Kenneth G. Winters, age 83, of Caroga Lake, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012, at Albany Medical Center in Albany, N.Y. He was born in the town of Florida, N.Y., on November 3, 1928, the son of the late George Winters and Marion Schulz.
When will Caroga stop ignoring junk?
Another year has gone by and still no improvement in the town of Caroga. We guess it takes an act of Congress to get something done.
