CARNEYS POINT TWP. - The search continues this morning for one of two suspects who opened fire on police during a stolen vehicle pursuit.

Officials say police shot a suspect after a routine traffic stop turned violent in Carneys Point, New Jersey early Wednesday morning.

Police taped off a one mile area around South Pennsville Auburn Road and Hollywood Avenue in Carneys Point, Salem County, N.J. -- that's right across the Delaware River from Wilmington, Del.
