Another Carmel Clay bad apple. What in God name is going on in our school sytems. I understand the DUI at the middle school. But a 14 year old tased, and now a child molested. The whole Admin should be let go. My prayers to the child/victim

A former Carmel band instructor has been charged with sexual misconduct after he allegedly had sex with a 14-year-old student.
