Budgets passed in western Bradford
Troy and Canton boroughs passed 2010 budgets this week. In Canton, council passed the final 2010 budget, which holds the line on real estate taxes.
Borough council repealed the per capita tax at its meeting Tuesday. The issue previously came up at council's October meeting when borough tax collector Rick Segur talked to council members about the matter.
