Work Continues on Elks Roof

Workers installed a portion of the roof on the former Elks building Monday. The work comes one month after city attorney Jason Pattison filed a complaint on behalf of the Board of Public Works and Safety seeking a declaratory judgment in Circuit Court that would uphold a demolition order for the former Elks building at 420 West St.
