Arts council awards grants for artistic endeavors
The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes has awarded $64,185 in 2012 Decentralization and Local Capacity Building grants to 34 artists, organizations and schools in Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben and Tioga counties.
