Canastota man accused of stealing tenant's panties, cashing her check

A Canastota man was charged Sunday with forgery after he cashed a check belonging to a tenant of a Syracuse property he owns, and criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny after investigators found a pair of the tenant's underwear in his car, Syracuse police said.
