SCHOLARSHIPS Tarhe Lions LANCASTER - The Tarhe Lions of Lancaster is accepting applications for its 2014 scholarships. Applicants must be Fairfield County residents attending an accredited college in Ohio, with a major in optometry, audiology or a related field of eye or diabetic research.
