Residents of Taylor County are invited to join Campbellsville University students in watching the upcoming vice presidential and presidential debates.
The Campbellsville University Collegiate Historians, along with the CU Pre-Law Society, will host “DebateWatch” events on Thursday, Oct. 2 and Tuesday, Oct. 7. The events will feature the live debates shown on a large projection screen and a discussion of the candidates and issues after the debates have concluded.

A Campbellsville man was injured Saturday after driving his motorcycle through a fence.
According to a Taylor County Sheriff's Office report, Cory Graham, 19, of 4245 Barney School Road was driving a 2006 Kawasaki at about 7 p.m. on Merrimac Road.
