Blank prescription taken from dentist's office leads to drug arrest

SALEM - A Campbellsburg woman was arrested on multiple drug charges after allegedly taking a blank prescription from a dentist's office where she was being seen as a patient and trying to get it filled at a pharmacy for a controlled substance.
