Just after 10 p.m. Thursday, officers from the Quincy Police Department stopped a vehicle on the Broadway ramp to I-172 and when they made contact with the driver of the vehicle, Isaiah Murray, and determined that his license was suspended.A When asked to exit his vehicle, Murray fled in his vehicle.
