Television allegedly stolen from Camp Nelson cabin
An unknown suspect, or suspects, allegedly entered a Camp Nelson cabin Thursday and removed a television valued at $400. The confidential victim reportedly told deputies, who responded to a burglary report at 4:23 p.m. that their cabin on Ferguson Drive had been entered and burglarized.
Highway 190 closed after fire sparks mudslide
A wildfire that started Sunday evening in the Sequoia National Forest burned through a flume, an elevated waterway, and sent its water rushing onto nearby state Highway 190 loaded with mud, vegetation and rocks.
