Highway 190 between Springville and Camp Nelson in Tulare County is closed because of mud, rock and debris from a fire Sunday night, the California Highway Patrol said.

A mudslide has closed Highway 190 east of Porterville, between Springville and Camp Nelson, the California Highway Patrol reported this morning.
