Venango man charged in Cambridge Springs pharmacy burglary

Steven L. Durkin, 21, was arraigned before Saegertown District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking in the break-in at the pharmacy, at 227 S.
