Check the arrest log in the tribune every single day.....99% porter rican and dominican. Now a mayor to add to the crap in this city?

Yup....its a sad day in Lawrence. The city will be calling in the National Guard soon to protect the few law abiding citizens left in this spanish gang infested hell hole.

I'm pretty sure the folks making these racist comments come from an immigrant background. They should check their peoples history in the country and might find that ignorant people made similar comments about them. One would think people would learn. There was a time in our country when the Irish people were spat on by the "Real Americans"......it's wasn't right then and it's not right now. The world has many colors.....

I live in this craphole and nothing could be worse then a latino mayor. It is so typical that people who don't even live here feel free to make comments but ask them if they want to move here well you get a different story. Its ok for you to live next door to those people but not me! Listen there is a sizable segment of the latino population in Lawrence that just don't give a darn about nothing. They refuse to assimilate to the American way of life. North Lawrence has been the hub of the latino population for decades and it has been a dump for decades. They have moved into the south of the city and the areas they populated are now dumps. These are hard facts and IM no racist. I judge people on individual merit. It is a sad state of affairs when you tell a hard truth that you are labled a racist. A latino mayor in Lawrence would be a joke. It would be the final nail in the coffin for this city. When the small working class that pays taxes decides enough is enough and leave then Lawrence can be a 100% welfare state.
