One year and 26 days after reaching a settlement of a complaint before the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary, Cocke County General Sessions Judge John A. Bell is the focus of a second complaint, this time alleging ethical and legal violations in connection with his handling of a civil case.

Racketeering charges? He will get out of this one continuing the long line on injustices served by this judge.

1) murder of a child by Child Protective Services(never forget the Shelton boy)
2) raping Cocke County (his family needs money)
3) Racketeering (He ruled in your favor so drop the charges you know, I will scratch your back you scratch mine so I can continue my reign of terror).

Small fraction of the things this man has done.

Step down Judge Bell give some peace and dignity to Cocke County.

Judge John Bell is an honor to East Tennessee as is his entire family.
There is one reason and one reason ONLY that this "investigation " is happening....the crack heads, drunks, deadbeat dads and all the other unethical losers & "leaders" of the county don't want to be held responsible for their
lawlessness. You should ALL thank heaven you have a man of
his dignity seated on your bench. MAY HIS TRIBE INCREASE!!!!

Judge bell is a disgrace to the bench and to the GOOD people of Cocke County. If you are a former resident of Cocke County please take this FAT bastard with you wherever you are and you can take his brother too. It would not be a loss to the comunity.
