Row River Trail near Cottage Grove offer diversion from I-5 drudgery for walkers, cyclists

The recreational jewel along the Oregon stretch of Interstate 5 in the upper Willamette Valley is the Row River Trail , a 15-mile paved path from the center of Cottage Grove east to beyond Dorena Lake.
