New Hampshire officials say a 24-year-old Maine man has been rescued after being blown off a trail and getting stranded in deep snow on Franconia Ridge.

Rachel Lynn Rogers, 30, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant at her residence following a probation check, according to police reports.
