Smith staff to meet Neb. constituents in Butte

Smith, a Republican, represents Nebraska's 3rd House District. He has offices in Grand Island and Scottsbluff but his staff will hold a "mobile office" from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Boyd County Courthouse.
