Second defendant sentenced for stealing from elder man
The second of two people convicted of stealing more than $200,000 from an 84-year-old man was sentenced to prison today.

One of two people convicted of stealing more than $200,000 from an 84-year-old man was sentenced to prison Thursday.
Leo "Bub" Howe, 92, of Arbuckle, died March 31, 2011. Edward Gordon Memorial service for Edward Douglas Gordon, 84, of Butte City, is 11 a.m. Tuesday, at First Christian Church, 295 East Washington Ave., Chico.
