Variance sought from Burns Harbor's new downtown zoning

The Burns Harbor Board of Zoning Appeals will hear a request to vary the approved uses in the new downtown zoning district when the BZA meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the town hall, 1240 N. Boo Rd.
