Burneyville man charged in deaths of 2 deputies
A Burneyville man has been charged with two counts of misdemeanor negligent homicide for the deaths of two Pottawatomie County sheriff's deputies when their patrol car crashed into a tractor-trailer rig.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam conflict and was a member of the VFW.
Trucker may face charges in two deaths
Trooper Betsy Randolph, with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Public Affairs Office, said 33-year-old William Musser, of Burneyville, could face anything from being cited for making an improper U-turn to being charged with vehicular manslaughter or negligent homicide.
