WATKINS GLEN -- The latest impact of the state budget crisis on Schuyler County is worth $81,000. County Administrator Timothy O'Hearn told legislators Monday night at their monthly meeting that the state's reimbursement to the county for child welfare services will be reduced from $191,000 to $110,000 -- for now.
