SD Man To Plead Soon In Dog Beating Case Jul. 22

A South Dakota man accused of using a hammer to beat his neighbor's dog to death is scheduled to enter pleas in two weeks on a felony charge of intentional damage to property and a misdemeanor charge related to the killing of the animal.
