if this land belongs to the Senecas let them do whatever they want with it. because of a few people the entire city of Buffalo has to suffer, and if they had to use their own money to fight this it would have been dropped or maybe never started. if the Wendt corporation is looking for ways to spend their money there are a lot more ways to do it that would benefit maybe say, the kids of this area, how about run down neighborhoods, kitchen pantries that are running low on food because of everything escalating, how about donating some of it to just help the city of Buffalo? run down properties that are havens to drug dealers, maybe they could pay for a bulldozer to go in and knock down entire blocks. better yet, why not pay to clean up City Hall? Instead they're buying property in Zoar Valley and fighting to keep gambling out of an area that needs a boost that no one else is willing to give us. how is it that gambling is allowed in the falls but not Buffalo? anything that can provide jobs at a time when they are so desperately needed and bring more people to the city can only be a positive thing. why is it they have never said anything about the off track betting parlors that are filled to capacity on any given day of the week? is that not considered an addiction that causes problems? I think it's something deeper than gambling or they would put up a fight over lotteries, bingo, OTB's, how about alcohol consumption and all the problems that causes? put the money to better use and leave these people alone!

Skretny is clearly a lazy judge who rules based on his personal agenda. For him to have written a 300+ page opinion and decision without even knowing or paying attention to the current law and regulatory position of the government is inexcusable. Skretny is an embarrassment.
