Michael D. Nightingale, 21, of the 1400 block of Skyridge Avenue in Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday with possession of between 30 and 500 grams of cannabis, manufacturing/delivering of cannabis, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
