Local CHP officer killed in motorcycle crash

Jarrod, may you rest in peace. It was an honor working with you & watching you develop into such a conscientious officer. The CHP has lost an individual who possessed flawless integrity and a strong work ethic. Your absence will leave a painful void at Shift Briefings, as well as through each tour of duty on C-Watch - a void which will never be filled by another. To the family of Jarrod Martinez. My deepest sympathy goest out to you all. I remember Jarrod as a young boy when the family lived in Yarmouth, Ma, Cape Cod, he was full of life and adventure.
