Brussels Ferry closed by high water
“The road is partially covered with water (Wednesday evening), and the future outlook is for the river stage going up about 2 more feet before cresting Saturday.”
Authorities closed the road connecting Calhoun County to the Brussels Ferry on Wednesday night because of high water on the Illinois River. via Alton Telegraph
