Coffee Co. pharmacists arrested

Enough drugs on these streets without pharmacists being dealer. If it's against the law, lock them up. FYI, this isn't brad first rodeo......

exacly, there r alot worse things then prescription drugs to worry about,theres not too many dr that wont give u what u want anyway.what about the crack heads and meth heads,they r still doing their thing and walk around like they r not doin anything wrong.I bet if Brad was on the streets selling crack cocaine and meth then everybody wouldnt be talking so much.Everybody makes mistakes at times.but Brad Is a good guy.People get jealous and then shit like this happens.

You must have been getting your pain pills from them.

I have never had a prescription filled with Brad, nor purchased anything from his drug store. I do know him & my opinion he is a good person who I like & respect. IF I was to base my friends on mistakes they have made, I would have no one in my life. Wrong is wrong from a lil 'white lie' to selling pills. So ask yourself how many perfect friends you have.

I believe that the powers that be in Douglas have a vendetta against Brad because he is the cheapest drugist in the area. It is not unusual for the competition to trash a fine man. Why isn't the medicine cabinet being investigated? Rumor has it that this cat is double billing.

The CCSO was also involved, An investigator for the CCSO was on channel 10 News and said it was a joint operation. Thought you were a straight A student in school, didn't tell us you made straight F's in paying attention!....lol

It is useless to agrue with some on here.That's one reason we have such problems in CC. The law is never right,especially when they catch someone who has been "helping" the comunity.

Also made a "B" in French.

It was a joint operation in that the CCSO provided support to the federal operation and, by all accounts, did a fantastic job. If I was the high sheriff or his spokesperson I'd take all the credit I could.

Good job by the CCSO!

Not my job or problem.

I know a guy who is in Federal law enforcement. He tells me that they get the local cops to do the initial contact (door knock, kicking in, etc) while they hang back and watch the show. Once they see that they're in and it's all safe, THEN the Feds come cruisin' through to do their thing. That's why it's a "joint operation". The Fed guys don't want to get shot, so they use the locals as a shield.
What local law enforcement agency isn't going to toot their own horn and try to get as much positive publicity as they can out of something like this? Especially in an election year! It would be a crime not to.

I agree take his license for good, thats right this isn't Brad's 1st rodeo but his 2nd...this has been going on for a VERY long time..

The DEA knows easy arithmetic- why on earth would a one red light town, Broxton- population 900, need a warehouse to store 1/2 million narcotic pills That was an easy one.

not just the pharmacist are to blame, there are doctors in this town/county and in atkinson county that prescribe large amounts of narcotics including but not limited to anxiety and sever pain medications to persons with absolutely no health problem requiring they even need the drugs, which I know, is a felony..so docs...watch your asses, only takes one tipster and you're done.

They broke laws.
There are so many in this county addited to prescription drugs and they are a part of the problem.

I noticed my doctor, who used to have people waiting outside to get in doesn't have as many patients lately.

They are finally getting down on these people.
