The Madison County Health Department has more H1N1 vaccine to distribute. Two new clinics have been scheduled -- this time, at two of the county commission district offices.

Two children from Brownsboro, Ala. were ejected from a car on Interstate 10 at about 4:45 Wednesday afternoon, after the car they were riding in left the pavement, struck a concrete culvert and began to roll.

A six-year-old Alabama girl is in critical condition after a crash yesterday. The rest of her family was also hurt.

The Madison County Health Department has run out of seasonal flu vaccine and is discontinuing its free regular flu shot clinics at the New Hope Children's Clinic until further notice, county officials said this morning.

Dwain Lindsey of Brownsboro, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2009, at age 90. He was a long-time resident of Jackson County before moving to Madison County in 1972.
