In the city of Boulder, sales tax revenues through April were down 5.2 percent, a fairly comparable decline from the prior month's year-to-date figures, according to Boulder's most recent sales tax report.

Tornado watch posted for Northern Colorado
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for much of northern and eastern Colorado, including Boulder and Weld counties.
Weld County has been included in a multi-county tornado watch issued by the National Weather Service until 10 p.m. The other countiesl include: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Jefferson, Kit Carson, Larimer, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma.
