Paulsboro, other area towns share in $26.8M in stimulus funds to boost police

PHILADELPHIA Across the Delaware River to hand out $1 billion in federal stimulus grants including funds to Paulsboro , Brooklawn and Salem Vice President Joe Biden Tuesday urged patience with the Obama administration's efforts to revive the economy and chided Republican critics to come up with an alternative.
