The people of Chester, Pa. haven't had a supermarket of their own since 2001.

In 2008, the state dedicated millions of dollars to a Major League Soccer and Entertainment complex, along with money for a new supermarket.

no supermarket company wants to subject their employees to the daily holdups, the shootings, the never-ending-rapes, and all other joyful things that have led to every large business other than prisons or government offices from fleeing from chester like lambs from the impending slaughter.

You can hate me but you cannot say I am wrong.
every single supermarket in chester that left did so due to the fear.
the fear that the cops who show up when they feel like it do NOTHING to quell.

I agree wtih republican_bob. Chester doesn't deserve a supermarket. People of chester can't even take care of their homes and their properties, why do they need a supermarket to trash, rob and steal from?
