Mrs. Lola Loraine Henry Logan, 85, of 773 Logan Bluff, Hillsville, VA, wife of Herman O. Logan, Sr., passed away Friday morning, Feb.

Lincoln County Coroner Clay McMorris said Calvin O. Sanders, 36, was pronounced dead at King's Daughters Medical Center emergency room some time around 10:15 p.m. Witnesses said Sanders had wandered into the road and was struck near the intersection of Industrial Park and Center Street by a man in a maroon vehicle resembling a Crown Victoria.
