Rutland firefighter leaves job amid theft allegations

Rutland firefighter/paramedic Bradford Bemis, who has been on paid leave since March 29 pending the results of an internal investigation into an alleged theft, has come to an agreement with the town of Rutland and voluntarily ended his employment, Acting Fire Chief Seth Knipe said today.
