Governor's races down to the wire, others clear victors Tobolski to face off with Peraica in November

Primary election candidates and their ardent supporters burned the midnight oil Tuesday night in hopes of celebrating the victors over a governor's race that at presstime was still too close to call, but it was clear early on that voters handed a resounding victory to an independent reform candidate for Cook County Board President.
