One man has been taken to the hospital and another arrested following a Saturday night stabbing in Rockcastle County.

On Monday, November 09, 2009, at 00:20 AM Kentucky State Police Trooper Scottie Pennington observed a Toyota truck, with only one headlight, traveling southbound on US 25 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky.

State police say they found an active meth lab inside a truck that led them on a chase early Monday.

Early Tuesday afternoon a routine, non-injury single-vehicle accident on KY 39 south of Crab Orchard suddenly became a highly dangerous event for EMS workers and bystanders when a second vehicle crashed into an ambulance at the scene.
