do you really think the NYS Troopers will waste their time looking for a thief. Their priority is not catching criminals but stopping speeders, cell phone users and inspection sticker violations. That produces income for the towns, catching criminals waste time and cost money. What do you think?

you do speak the truth, when it comes to real crimes, leave it to the local police or the sheriff

Sorry to disappoint you I've been driving fo 40 years and never had a ticket, also have a CDL. Local police and the sheriffs will catch them, the troopers are great cops, the point here is that their bosses want them to generate income. We pay them $70k a year and for some reason they aren't allowed to do their job. IT wasn't a dig on the troopers but a dig on the system.
